The practical conditions for accessing, publishing and reusing information through the Uganda Open Data Platform.
Use the platform responsibly
Do not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass access controls, upload harmful material, or use published information unlawfully.
Publisher responsibility
Contributors remain responsible for the accuracy, provenance, permissions and lawful publication of the datasets they submit.
Data reuse
Check each dataset’s documentation, update date and licence before reuse. Do not present derived analysis as an official publisher statement.
Service availability
The platform is maintained as a public-data service. Features and availability may change as security, reliability and public needs evolve.
